Project Overview

What was originally built to become a seniors care home, turned into a local Inn and rented out on Airbnb. Built during covid-19, my client wanted to transform this 4,000 square foot space into Regina’s best and coolest rental space. So he called me up and we made it happen! With four baths, 8 bedrooms and a large shared common space, this Inn is quite the hot spot for Regina. Perfect for large groups to rent out and or for the travelling worker who is staying longer in the queen city and wants more of a home feeling instead of a hotel. We incorporated local art work throughout and teamed up with local artists and graphic designers to create some beautiful murals. The Inn is bright, colourful and welcoming.  With tons of natural light and bright windows, you’ll be sure to enjoy your stay when visiting the Cozy Nook Inn
