Project Overview

I present to you….The College Ave Project. My client wanted the ultimate bachelor pad and so that is what he got.

A mixture of dark moody accent walls with dark accents and bright light to compliment the woods & textures throughout the space. We incorporated black marble, stainless steel appliances, white calacatta quartz and dark modern furniture to make this bachelor pad a show stopper.

We took this condo from literally 0 to 100! Take a look at the before and after!

This upgrade took around 4 months to complete but should have been completed in under 2 months- however due to covid delays we still finished it on time and before the end of summer. We added new flooring, new quartz countertops, fresh paint and of course…tons of amazing new furniture. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
